A single supercontinent that existed 250 million years ago, before continental drift carried the 7 continents apart... This is why you can see how the continents could still somewhat fit together (example: Africa and South America)

Pangaea is the last time the continents were assembled into one supercontinent. The Wilson Cycle explains the assembly and dis-assembly of continents in the Earth's past. A better question would be: What was Rodina?

Pangaea is a supercontinent that was formed over 250 million years ago. but 200 milion years ago the Pangaea began to split apart and became Laurasia and Gondwanaland. 65 million years ago laurasia and gondwanalandslip and became north america south america eurasia africa india and australia...which slowly became wat is now...north america...south america...africa....europe...asia...australia...and even antartica
