I know it may sound like an odd question to ask but the business I am doing is completely start up. I have included all the cost and so forth in the plan already. I just don't see a need for graphs. I am using a business pro format. It used a few graphs as an example but like I said I can't see the necessity.

It is for a club that will have live shows nightly. A concert hall essentially.

Graphs are helpful as an illustration, but not required for a business plan....

Go with your gut....

If you plan on taking your business plan to investors or to a banking instittuion to apply for a loan, graphs are helpful visual aids that they might appreciate seeing. However, graphs are not necessary, they are merely a visual aid. You will need to find some method of displaying the projected information in some other way -- perhaps in a table.
