A LOT. It varies from driver to driver as some earn a lot from sponsorship. Then there's the question of skill and star quality. For instance Felipe Massa is said to be paid 5million per annum while Kimi supposedly gets 5 times that amount.The lowest pay would be a 6-figure but close to 1 milion.

All of them earn different amounts of money. Obviously the better drivers in top teams earn more than those in lower teams. As for Ralf Schumacher in Toyota, he earns more than he deserves just because of his surname. That is an exception.

Nobody knows for sure, because the money is in the sponsors who put their add in their race uniforms, but they make a lot, so they live in fiscal paradises, so they don't pay taxes.

errr I dont know now but schmacher bought "recently" a nice little £15m castle in Germany with if my memory serves me well, he was on £25m p/year (probably inc. Sponsership)
