It seems that they suffer from a terrible condition known as a 'Jerk Cloud'. This invisible cloud floats around their head, completely cutting off their senses.
The end result: They are 70-80% unaware of their overall jerkiness. The remainder of them, however, are all too aware they are jerks but they just don't care.
Our scientists are working around the clock to provide an antidote to this 'jerk cloud' in the hopes that, if they could see just how big a jerk they really are, they might change their jerky ways.

OH I think that they know, they just get their jollies off by being jerks to everyone. It is like they live for the reactions that they get. People suck.

Yeah i think so. For some reason they think it's okay to act the way they do and that there is nothing wrong with it, That everyone else ahs the problem.

yes, it's called Jerkitis...careful, it can be contagious. The only known cure is a smack in the back of the person's head with a rusty old mallet!

They suffer from dental podiatry or foot in the mouth disease. It is hard for them to see in the mirror as well considering their behavior and I called that anti-social jerkitis.

They already know. They like to hurt others. Makes them feel less empty I guess.
