Ok, the small read bumps that you are seeing is what happens after you shave an area of your body that you would normally not shave on a "regular" basis. The red bumps are what is called razor burn. It happens when your hair is actually more-or-less pulled or ripped out than just cut, or you cut the hair extremely close to the skin to give your skin a scrap or "burn".
To get rid of this, just apply some sort of lotion to the irritated area/s. Make sure you rub it in too. I would suggest baby lotion cause it is specifically made to be gental on your skin and your body. Do this twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed would be reasonable.
Within a day or two you will realize that the irritation has gone down or is completely gone. Then by the 3 day you should see that your skin is back to normal. And it is as easy as that.

Things to do.
1. Keep the area clean but don't scrub - just wash gently and rinse off well.
2. Apply a light dose of hydrogen peroxide to eliminate any infection. May foam a lot and sting a little but it will work.
3. Wait until the peroxide dries then apply a good moisturizer - one with aloe vera if there is one around the house.
And next time you shave your pubic hair off, keep a couple things in mind:
a) Always shave perpendicular to the direction of hair growth not opposite to it.
b) never try to get a vlean shave on the first go. better to do one pass and leave any stubble, etc for tomorrow. Might take three shaves on three days to get it really good but ti does reduce the irritation usually encountered by repeatedly going over the same area to get all the hair in one go.
c) never apply after shave. a good moisturizer is fine but after shaves can really irritate.
Other than that. avoid scratching; that only makes yoru problem way worse. Sure you can massage a little to relieve an itch but don't scratch.

Oh man you forgot to use after shave didnt you? Just kiddin..
1st of all if you need to see a Doctor dont wait too long.
Some medicated powders have Menthol in them. Arthritis hot has menthol too. Getting the picture?
Never try to use an electric razor there they bite.
If you decide to try shaving again use lukewarm water or dry shave.
Heat expands, cold contracts. Sure hot water softens the hairs however makes the skin pores larger & easier to cut resulting in nicks razor burn.
The best you can do is wash with antibacterial soap & dry off 100% a house fan works great.
Get some boxer shorts for comfort.
Most lotions, powders & creams will make the pain worse.

Yes, you can. Wash the area and DRY it very thoroughly. That is essential. After you have dried the area lightly coat the area with moisturiser. First of all, check that the small red nodules do not have white head. If they do, rub the area with liquid antiseptic , twice the first day and then begin the moisturiser treatment.
