Ditch the scales and get a measuring tape I did and it saved me so much agony, no more guessing if it's water weight, fat, or muscle. Measure your waist every two weeks and I can guarantee that it's more accurate then standing on a scale because it will give you a better estimate if you are losing fat and replacing the fat with muscle. You might weigh more but hey you'll look leaner in the end. I am a much happier person now than I ever was because I ditched the scale. The scale only gives you an idea of how much you weigh, but the accuracy is all in the measuring tape. The scale doesn't take into account bone structure, body type, or muscle. Two people can weigh the same but can have very different measurements.

I can fit into my smaller jeans now than when I was a lower weight, that should tell you something.

You can gain A LOT of water weight in one day. There are MANY factors when it comes to your weight. Weigh first thing in the morning only. It will help you be consistent.

It could be,

Or it could just be how you're standing on the scale.

Mine does that to, I've firgured out if I lean to the left it makes me seem smaller hahaha.

Just stand on it in the same spot with the weight evenly ditributed and you'll get a more reliable weight.

In addition to water retention it's also possible that the scale may need to be reset so that it goes back to 0 but the only way to know for sure what's going on is to have this evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

it depends on what you have in your basically. For example if you had a heavy dinner, didn't have a bowel movement the night before, are bloated. Try drinking water with lemon juice for a day or two to break off water.
