No... it's just that a lot of facial hair helps to conceal the pantomimes that can give away a lie. A man has 17... woman's got 20, but a man has 17... if you know them, they beat lie detectors all to hell.

I always thought it was a bold face lie...anyone can tell one of those unless they are really meek. I would bet anyone can tell a lie if they feel the need to do so.
