Leadershiop, communication, accuracy, confidence, relaxed enough to avoid throwing too many picks, can properly read a run, able to run the ball when no one is open, lead the receivers, know how to play every offensive position.. you never know when you have to score. That's a good QB and a dam good one.

A QB must be able to LEAD his team, get the job done, & not make mental mistakes. He must have recognition skills & know what every reciever is doing on every play so he can anticipate in case of a blitz. the most important thing is if nothing is there do not force it b/c then he's not getting the job done.

Honestly everything, plus great overall knowledge of the game. You should know what every person on the field is doing on every play. When you look at the defense you should be able to at least read what coverage the DB's are in.

A great QB should seriously have all three. It's difficult to be considered a great quarterback if he doesn't possess all three.
