Why Are Refill Electronic Toothbrush Heads So Expensive!?

More expensive than what you paid for the actual toothbrush - sometimes....that just never made any sense to me....

That's how the companies make their money. Buying the basic unit is cheap, it's the replacement parts that you keep buying that provide the companies their profit. It's the same principal that the printer companies use when they sell their ink cartridges
