Yes.
The Democrat Party of New Orleans, and LA, is the most Corrupt Group of People in the Country.
Even More Corrupt than the Democrat Party of New Jersey.
I am disgusted with myself because I donated money to Katrina Victims. I just probably went to the Democrat Party.
Dick Cheney donated more money to Katrina Victims that all the Rich Democrats in Congress put together.
That tells me that Democrats in Congress know just how Corrupt the Democrat Party is.

Probably the same reason they're still living in those same FEMA trailers and not trying to better themselves. I think many people there are afraid of change (even if it's change for the better). SAD but true.
