Definitely. Makes absolutely no sense that it is illegal. Can do a great deal of good for people.

it already has been in California and Rhode Island, i think. i'm pretty sure it's in California that you can actually go into a marijuana store and buy what you want. whether it's pipes, bongs, related shirts and such, and different types of the plant itself. personally. i don't think it should be legal because of the side effects of birth defects, stunted growth(which messes up your genetic code causing you to carry that through your "soon to be" family), the loss of brain cells, and the death toll that would amount. the death toll wouldn't be due to simply smoking it, but more like driving under the "high", causing delayed reactions.

No. It should only be used for medical purposes (when the doctor actually prescribes it). Marijuana provides a temporary escape to cowards who can't deal with their problems. It can harm the person using it and others.

NO! Marijuana can totally screw people up. If you legalized it, you'd have all sorts of stupid unmotivated people geeked up and not contributing to society at all. it slows people down.

Yes. Criminalizing doesn't work. It just fills up the courts and jails, diverts police from more important work, gives people criminal records that will hurt their careers, lowering what they can contribute to society and the economy, and makes drug smugglers and dealers wealthy on untaxed money. Make it legal, treat it like alcohol, with same/similar limits and penalties for misuse. License and tax outlets, monitor quality, and let's be done with it.

Yes, it should be legalized. People are going to use it no matter what. The problem with mari-jane is that the gov't has no way to control it in order to tax it. The effects of alcohol are much worse, yet look how much money the gov't makes off it. Maybe someday it will be legal.

Sorry, this is an other stupid question, and you have misspelled the drug's name and legalized. Of course, it shouldn't be legalized. It was mistake to legalize alcohol and tobacco, and they aren't about to make another mistake.

Whatever "mrijuana" is, it seems to have affected your spelling.
I'm sorry, that was a cheap shot.
