What do you do with your colleagues that are complete jerks?

Well, you could ignore them but that probably will not work so I would set it straight with them as early as possible.You might not win any popularity contests but in the long run you will be alright and you are there to work and do a job for an employer and they are too so they should be more courteous to anyone who works there.
