Nothing you can do about the sheets now. Semen is mostly protein, and when it dries and decomposes, it leaves a permanent yellow stain. Washing will make the sheet soft again, but probably won't do much for the stain.
In the future, keep a special pillow case, towel or sock handy and try to ejaculate into it, or onto yourself and then clean up with it. Just be sure to wash it often, since semen is a haven for bacteria.
As far as the stained bedsheet, mom is just going to have to accept that she has an adolescent son and that boys do masturbate. If she doesn't understand, Dad will explain it to her, I'm sure. Meanwhile, don't worry about it. Your body, your bed.

Well I hope your Mom would understand that it is normal but I guess it is still embarrassing to you. Wipe it up with a household white vinegar moistened towel. It will no longer be stiff and the whiteness should go when it is dry again.

Try to dilute it with some water as well, so it doesn't stain as much.
edit: oo it dried alread. No clue then. If it is still moist, i would just dilute it and make it easier to get out, but when dry...i have no idea :P

spill something on it and put it in the wash yourself. If you're old enough to jack it, you're old enough to do your own laundry
