The 70s was undoubtably THE best time for rock music, there were literally hundreds of bands putting out brilliant songs. Here are some bands... Queen, Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Led Zepplin, Black Sabbath (and Ozzy Osbourne when he gets kicked out), Guns n Roses, Metallica, Megadeath and Motorhead, just to name a few. Some good songs... Queen: Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, Fat Bottomed Girls, Bicycle race. Bon Jovi: Keep The Faith, Runaway, Lost Highway, Its My Life. Deep Purple: Speed King, Black Night, Smoke On The Water. Led Zepplin: Stairway To Heaven. Black Sabbath: Sabbat Bloody Sabbath, Iron Man, Bark At The Moon, War Pigs, Faries Wear Boots, The Wizard. Ozzy Osbourne: Black Rain, I Don't Want To Stop, The Almighty Dollar, Civilize The Universe, Countdown's Begun. Guns N Roses: Sweet Child O Mine, Welcome To The Jungle, Don't Cry. Metallica: Astronomy, Master Of Puppets, Devil's Dance. Megadeth: A Tout Le Monde, Countdown To Extinction. Motorhead: Ace Of Spades, On Your Feet Or On Your Knees, The Game. That should get you started. Hope I've helped.

Alice Cooper's song Go To Hell comes to mind. I dedicate that song to everyone who hates NASCAR. It was the title song to the album Alice did as a follow up to Welcome to My Nightmare. Then there's Alices song Under My Wheels, where NASCAR haters end up.
Stranglehold by Ted Nugent is also great. Ted dedicated it to Janet Reno a few times.
