I have a separate work shop where I have all my father's tools stored. I have jars and jars of different sized nails and screws. Don't ask me why...I don't think he used more than a dozen from each box over the years. But, I too work at repairing things and renovating my home, so this room comes in very handy for me. I had a huge clean-out of it not too long ago, and got rid of all the broken plumbing fixtures and stuff I can only assume he was keeping "just because".

I also have a sewing room. It used to be down in the basement, but we converted this to a bedroom for my two youngest grandsons when they moved in (it was the only place they could be safe from the wrath of great-grandpa, or Grumpy as we all called him). Originally the sewing room was relegated to the other half of the laundry room, but then we were able to put it upstairs in the bedroom I vacated when I moved onto the main floor after my father died. (And I am so thankful at not having to negotiate those stairs multiple times per day).

The sewing room also doubles as the craft room, because of the huge L shaped cutting table I have in there.

One half of my finished basement is a woodworking shop where I have all the bench tools necessary including lathes and grinders, for all wood projects that I ever can do.
The other half is designed for quilts, using a huge bed frame and mattresses to lift them to waist level and seven sewing machines, one heavy duty and one serger along with one embroider machine, We've made about 50 quilts that I've designed myself.

No Granny, but I do have alot of plants. I grow tomatoes and peppers in containers. I live in an RV so that is really all I can move when we hook up and take off. That and my fountain which I enjoy sitting by and feeding the ducks. I also grow angels trumpets, I just love those huge bells and the scent they put out at night:~)
