well, let's clarify the first answer. you don't hire an agent. An agent agrees to represent you and try to find you work.

Reputable agents do not charge for anything. Never deal with someone who says they are an agent and wants money for anything or tries to sell you classes/ they are scams.

10% of whatever you can make, if you are ever able to grab hold a talent agent.

Agents don't get paid until you do.they are hired to work there butts off to get you a job.When you get a paying job.They get 10% of what you get.
