Where can I find the Firmware update for my Mac?

In order install Bott Camp on my Mac, I need to have "the latest firmware updates" according to the Apple website. I can find them for the Macbook, Macbook Pro 17", Macbbok Pro 15" core duo, but I can't find the update for my 15" Macbook Pro Core 2 Duo.

I know they exist, but I can't find them! HELP!

You just run software update from Preferences. It gets the firmware updates.
