The complete sub-frame, third member, rear leaf springs and front suspension parts from a 69 Firebird are identical. The anti-roll bars from the Pontiac are bigger diameter and are always a nice upgrade to the Camaro. Pontiac had some rear end gear choices which fell between the Camaro ratios.
The Camaro however had more manual 4 speed transmission choices. The Muncie aluminum M-21 - M-22 and the venerable rock crusher. The sweet-pea 6 cylinder 230 and 250 motors had three and light duty 4 speed transmissions. The 325, 350 and 375 hp. 396 had the Turbo hydro- 400 automatics

The 1969 Camaro had a totally different body than a '68 or a '70. Some of the interior parts are interchangable though and allot of the engine parts are also. I would stick with similar year Camaros and Firebirds.

Are you asking about mechanical parts or what? The question is too general.
