Do this, Half hot water, and half Mr. Clean (any kind) Let your ring sit in this for about 5 minutes and then take a soft tooth brush and brush it clean. Rinse with clean water and that should clear it up!!! :)

I learned this for Zales Jewlers when I bought my ring, and dimond studs.

get some jewelry cleaner. If you really want it to sparkle, take it back to the store you bought it from and ask them to clean it. It takes a few seconds and most of them do it for free. I don't know what they do but it always looks new afterward.

heat up a bit of amonia in a pan. keep the area well ventlated as it really smells. when it gets hot, turn off the heat and drop in your ring for a few minutes. rinse it off and use a toothbrush to get the dirt out from underneath and around the prongs.

Take it to the jewelry store where it was purchased and they should clean it for you for free if you have the warranty for it. You should let them clean it once every 4 months or so.

Are you certain it's a REAL diamond? Do you have the authentication papers? I suggest you take it to a jewler because it shouldn't get cloudy if it's real.

either take it to a jewelery store and ask them to clean it (they'll do it for free), or buy a jewelery cleaning kit at walmart. it's in a red container and comes with a little brush. it's pretty easy to do and work pretty well.

If it was cloudy from the day you received then it's a crappy diamond. The clarity level is low. So your man gave you a cheapo diamond.

you can take it to any jewelry store and ask them to clean it for you. They will do a great job of it!
