Talk to her about why she did it. If she is apologetic and offers you a valid reason for why it happened, then try to forgive but be wary of telling her other secrets. If she doesn't explain herself or you feel like you can't trust her anymore, then maybe it is time to let her go as a friend.

First, I'd make a mental note not to trust her ever again. Second, I would tell her how hurt and disappointed I was that she betrayed my trust.

Then I would decide if I wanted to continue to be friends with her. That would be based on the type of secret she told and her motivation for telling.

If her telling the secret was to help you because she thought you might hurt yourself or get yourself into trouble, then she probably cares very much for you and you are lucky to have her as a friend. If she told the secret in order to make fun of you, make you look foolish or just to be gossiping then she is no friend at all, lose her.

I would tell your friend that she really let you down. Tell her that she lost your trust and it's not going to come back just like that. If she says it was no big deal, tell her yeah it was. If she gets really mad at you then she probably wasn't your friend in the first place.
