I'm having trouble practicing viola, help!!!?

The problem is that I just don't remember to do it and then at the lesson I stink. I need help with remembering to do it.

Make a schedule ahead of time. Each week, plan out when and how much you are going to practice and stick to it.

Mia is correct -- make a schedule, preferably the same time each day. I will add that to optimize your time, plan what you are going to practice each session and what you wish to accomplish with each session. Goals give you something to aim for.
