Even Hastert said the FBI was wrong. Jefferson did nothing wrong, and he certainly didnt have sex with a prostitute (Vitters) or diddle underage Capitol Hill paiges (Foley), or snort meth off of a male hookers testes (Haggart), OR try to pick up a stranger man in a publica bathroom (Craig).

Any questions?

btw, here's the link to unconstitutional Jefferson raid.

They're trying to use the "everybody's doing it" defense of their own corrupt congress members.
It doesn't work with teenagers, why should congress be any different?

What was "unconstitutional" about it?

There was a legitimate investigation, a legitimate request and issuance of a search warrant, looking for specific items and information, and it was conducted in a legal manner. And it is only the executive branch with federal police agency powers.

I fail to see where this violates any constitutional separation. Nor am I satisfied with the cryptic allegation that it is, with no details to show how it does so exactly.

And Jefferson is charged with influence peddling - supporting legislation or earmarking in exchange for cash. Specifically $100K, of which the $90K in his freezer was part of. He's been indicted on 16 charges of bribery and corruption - http://www.beyonddelay.org/node/285

Also, Haggard was a preacher, not a Republican, and Foley never engaged in sex with a page, unlike Democrat Jerry Studds who took a 17 y.o. male page to Europe so he could have sex with him.
