apart from look on the net at upmystreet and rightmove.co.uk .. as far as I know, you'd have to a/ get it valued by the Estate Agents ..pretend you are thinking of selling it.. but beware they will annoy you on the phone for a while probably.
or b/ sell it (not ideal i'm sure) lol!!!
You can basically get a rough guide from the net, on what similar properties in your area are selling for. Always remember, however, things like double glazing, central heating etc will have added value in the final selling price.

First the value of your home is not based on what someone will pay for it. And any on line guessment is worth what you pay for it (nothing) The only way to know what it is really worth is to have it appraised. Realtors can give you a ballpark figure but not an appraisal and you said you were looking for an exact amount. zillow does not take in account for design, style, does not know the difference between GLA (gross living area) and square footage, or effective age (how much updating has been done). zillow takes county records (county records are wrong a lot of the time) zillow and the rest on line guessmets do not compare apples to apples and are a very poor system to value prop.

There are a lot of sites that give information on local sales - and approximate value of your home -like www.zillow.com.
However, zillow, and these other sites, are not and can not be accurate, because they are based on local sales numbers and can not SEE your house, your view, your upgrades, your oversized lot, your neighborhood amenities, your next-door neighbor's mansion or dump, and so forth.
In addition, they use geographical areas (sales within a certain radius). Some neighborhoods bump right up against other neighborhoods that are completely different, offering different amenities, different sized lots, etc. - so the numbers are frequently way off.
So, use them, but understand their limited value. At the very least, knowing what other houses in your neighborhood sold for recently (make sure it's within 90 days) can help you if you can honestly compare yours to theirs, and adjust for value (is theirs bigger? newer? more upgrades? have a pool? great view?, etc.).
Consider calling a local realtor or two and ask for a comparable market analysis. They should do it for free, and it will be more accurate than the online sites.

The EXACT value can only be found when you sell the home because value is only what someone is willing to pay. Now if you want an idea of what the value is call a local Realtor.

To get a specific value you will need to get an appraisal of your property. An agent can give you a range. The appraisal will take into account your specific amenties, lot size, location, house size and give you a value. The use sales of homes comparable yours and adjust for differences. An appraisal is an opinion of value and will differ from apraiser to appraiser.

Finding the "exact value" is impossible because its based on what a buyer would be willing to pay, and that changes.
You might be able to find the assessed value for taxes on the County government/tax assessors web site.
