For moms of babies, they are breastfeeding. You can't diet when you are breastfeeding or you lose your milk (and can't feed your kid), hence all the weight you gained while pregnant stays on. Once the baby turns one year old, and can be weaned, they can diet. But it takes time to lose it.
Besides that, they have NO time for themselves. Being a stay at home mom is harder than being a working mom. (I am a working mom). You don't get time to go poop alone, let alone time to work out. Most stay at home moms I know who are heavier would LOVE to have more time to go to the gym!!
Also, stay at home moms have husbands who work, therefore health insurance, therefore your tax dollars do not go to their healthcare costs. So it really does not affect you.

Stop playing on the computer little girl.
I am a chucky woman -- I was better being pregnant, plan on being the same while pregnant and likely will be after. I have worked since I was 14 years old and have never taken one dime from the government or whatever health care you are referring to. I pay into my insurance plan.
You are clearly an uneducated fool.

I am not a stay at home mom, but I do have some friends that are. If you have a couple of children running around, I'm sure it isn't so easy. A lot of them don't have time to nap, let alone go to the gym.
Not everyone is fat because they are "lazy" or "over eat". There are MEDICAL reasons for being overweight, you know. (thyroid problems, some types of diabetes, etc.) This may be news to you, but skinny people aren't always healthy. It's time for you to grow up.

WOW. I cant believe that you come on here claiming that! I have a 2 year old and i am 34 weeks preggers and hell i am a lil chunky when i am not preggers but it is not due to me being lazy. I have thyroid problems. The last time i checked also you lazy *** dont pay for my medical insurance and problems. I have a Husband that goes to work and pays for the insurance. I think that you need to get over yourself. what are you actually the one who is fat and lazy and you need to get on here and say something like that to make you feel better about yourself?

Innappropriate!
Being a mom IS a fulltime job!
Besides, what does it matter to you if someone is small, large or in between? It would be pretty annoying if everyone had the same look and body type!
What's your excuse for being ignorant??
To your added little snide remark: just because someone is overweight does not mean that they have health problems! I know many people who are overweight, but eat healthy, workout, lead healthy lifestyles, etc. They are genetically overweight, so your tax dollars are not being affected by these people.
You're being reported for slandering people, and I suggest that others report her as well!

you need to shut up and get a life. i am a stay at home mom to be and let me tell you raising a child is not easy and time is spent on a lot of things stay at home momsd dont just sit around and by the way preganancy causes you to gain weight and for some people it isharder to get off than others. and taking care of a baby is very time consuming. people like you need to stop slamming stay at home moms and get a life. raising a child and having a child is harder than any job you will ever have so shove it up your snobby little butt. i think i speak for all stay at home moms when i say that you dont know what your talking about and you wouldn't make it a day in our shoes. missy.

Don't even let this person get to you. They are probably not a supermodel or even close to being a healthy weight. Anyone who lashes out like this and can't post their face are cowards and bullies and have issues. Mind your own and take care of yourself...no one cares what you think about them. Who are you? Exactly...

That's a rude thing to say. Being a stay at home is a wonderful thing. It's better than pawning your kids off for the daycares to raise. You think someone who chases after small kids all day has the time and energy to go to the gym? When you try it yourself, then you can answer your own question.

I don't have an excuse for being fat - I take full responsibility for it other than what I can't genetically control - but I *do* have a few non-typable words for people who assume I don't work as a stay at home mom.
