I'm looking to go this year (the pictures look really cute!), but is it worth it? Are all the rides open in Magic Kingdom? Do most people (adults) dress up? Thanks!!

It's definitely worth the price of admission!!

Yes, most of the rides are open for the event, but you won't really have a lot of time for that (in fact, I would only make a point of riding Haunted Mansion, just for the fun of it).

I'd say the majority of folks (kids and adults) dress up for the event -- it's fun!

The parade is definitely a must-see, as well as the fireworks show (at one point they are going off all around you, a neat effect).

Have fun!

Yes, I went with my family last year and had a great time. Its a great way to celebrate Halloween and enjoy Magic Kingdom at the same time.

Theres lots to do and the crowds are minimal. For the first time we were able to hop on to popular rides with little or no wait, especially at the beginning of the event. There are Trick-or-Treat stations all over the park and zones with enterntainment and music. HaloWishes is a must see, its the special Halloween edition of Wishes with extra fireworks and shot 360 degrees all around the park. The parade was also good.

Be sure to buy your tickets early since the event commonly sells out. Have Fun!

YES! i loved it. a lot of the guests do dress up. it's really cute. there's a mickey-not-so-scary-halloween parade and fireworks. and there're 5-6 trick-or-treating spots around the park where they just give away candy for kids AND adults. the rides are open. and the best parts, in my opinion, is that the cast members' faces are painted like zombies and the characters are dressed in their halloween costumes also :)

It's adorable! Yes the rides are open, children can trick or treat at stations that are set up. Adults can dress up but NO masks are aloud on adults, small children can wear them with their costumes. If the masks are in anyway obstructing the view of the child staff may suggest you have them remove it for safety concerns especially if they are boarding a ride. Bring a backpack for all the candy your child is going to get. :)

Have A Great Time!!

All the rides are open, characters attire is slightly changed and yes people do dress up in costumes. They add fall decor, pumpins with ears are abound. As for as if it is worth it that is a personal choice, we only went once and had a great time and a wonderful experience, but I do not know if I would do it again. Same with the Very Merry Christmas Party.

It is like buying a half day ticket and getting a half day inside. The crowds are average and the fireworks and parade are fine but not over the top.I was there October 31 and the parade stopped for ten minutes then a tow truck came out to pull a float.I went to a Christmas party and cookies were abandoned on the ground because they were bad and the cocoa was lawsuit scalding hot.

Women dress up in the slutty version of Disney characters.Workers are exhausted working all day and night which is a safety issue. Some little girl in a big skirt could not fit into the cab then the door closed then the parent lifted the girl up at the last moment before carnage.Go to Celebration Florida this Halloween they want to be liked and hand out Earl of Sandwich bread pudding.

I thought it was great, it was very cute and decorated for the occasion, not scary and ofcourse focuse is on family. I would say the number of adults dressed up was about 50% when I have gone and most of the rides are open.

It is fun, and most of the attractions are open so the wait time to ride any of the attractions is minimal. It is kind of like what they used to do with E-Ticket nights.

What do you get for your $$??
All the candy you can carry
Special Parade
Special Fireworks
opportunity to walk around and check out everyone in costumes...give it a go and see what you think
