Recently Yahoo seems to be having problems with its game activation system, judging by questions posted the last few days. Send them email and ask for help... hopefully they can help you.

I had a bad experience with Yahoo before, so these days I recommend buying games from Game Socks/Reflexive. They all have basically the same games, but Yahoo's support isn't up to par.
