it cant prevent death nothing can...but love can make you live on in memories and we all know that they are pretty powerful...so as long as you are loved you can live forever!!!

I believe love will continue after death. Love is the energy that makes you live in a next world, a world we can't understand yet here. But the feelings of love we have here can continue in heaven and as spirits we will feel it even stronger.
It can't prevent death maybe because that isn't necessary.
Who wants to live forever?
But true love maybe can postpone death. Think of very old happy couples. Sometimes you see that those couples dy very soon after each other, because they can't live without each other's love.

Because to prevent death would go entirely against nature. Everybody must die. You shouldn't be afraid of your own mortality.

love can kinda prevent death, if a person you love dies, you move on slowly, you will love the person forever, although they may not be beside you, comforting you, they're in your heart and always will be there, remembered and cherished.

shucks dude i think u r pathetic, they say without proper understanding or philosophy u become sentimental and as such u r not able to understand . death is inevitable , the sooner u get tat through ur thick skull the better u r able to move on and think abt better things ok
however if u want to understand it better u have to elevate urself spiritually lot a meaning can be found tat side yaar.
