Alright, so me being a gorrilla know the answer to this...
1. What it is: The Phrase "Gorilla Snot" refurs to the boogies of the large primate known as the gorilla.
2. How is it used:
a. It can be picked out of a gorillas nose and either flicked, eaten, or played with.
b. (my real answer) Gorilla snot is a musicians gripping resin that helps musicians grip their drum sticks, bows, and such musical tools.
c. it can be loogied across the room during a sneeze or cough.

Well, there are two things I have always heard called gorilla snot.
One is the lubricant that occassionally drips out of a traction motor on a locomotive and lands in a puddle between the rails, if you get it on your boots, it is a mess, way difficult to get off.
The other is a generic term for any silicon gasket sealer like mechanics would use.

I've heard it used as a term for glue, there is Gorilla Glue and the manufacturers name evidently is Gorilla Snot??

gorilla snot is stuff like stp,and real thick addative..us mechanics always call stuff like that gorilla snot..

I seen it in music stores. It's made out of tree resin. Drummers use it keep a better grip on their sticks.

It's a 3M manufactured adhesive.

actually it is a registered name of a soil stabilizer and dust control agent. It is eco-safe, biodegradable, liquid copolymer used to stabilize and solidify any soil or aggregate as well as erosion control and dust suppression.
