Because female irrationality is associated with menstration, the extent of said irrationality seldom exhibited by men.

well PMS would be premenstrual syndrome so right after you finish menstruating it becomes PMS again. so it gives us (men) a reason why a lot of women seem to always be in a bad mood.

My brother does that, too. It's really annoying, so I smack him over the head, because I don't take crap from him! I'm not sure why they always say that, though.
