Question

I Told a friend that I would sell him my xbox360 elite, with a bunch of extras, and a few games and an intercooler almost mint, no more than 3 weeks old, for $300. But then I was talkin to other people, and that told me it was worth WAYY more than that, but my friend got all excited about it and keeps calling wanting me to sell it to him tomorrow at school, but I dont want to sell it to him anymore because of how much its worth, and I just ended my summer job, so I dont have any money coming in now.

We are both 11th graders...

If YOU told him you'd sell it for $300, then there's really know way to charge him more without looking like a jerk. There is a lesson to be learned here....since you'll both be entering "big boy" world soon.....If he IS a friend, then you SHOULD give him a deal. And in the future, do your homework before YOU offer an opening bid on something.
I'd still sell it to him for $300.

Sell it to him for the amount agreed on- that's the honest thing to do,--and that's all it was worth to you until others told you differently.
