How old/young would be too old/young?

If what we need is a pleasant & soulful company, Age won't matter.
But if our expectations are far beyond having a life-partner / companion, we should consider other factors too, inclusive of age, Mental & chronological.
Personally I feel, age should not matter much provided both could live happily for years.
But most part, we are conditioned to what others would think, tell or speak behind.
So, it depends on who really we are & what the other one is!

I'm 20, going on 21 in a few months and am with a 38 year old and couldn't be happier. For the first time I know what it is like to not be abused, to be treated with respect and dignity, to be loved for who I am.
We get some strange looks or nasty remarks, mostly from 40-60 year old single or unhappy women. The people who know us are happy for us and tell us we make a good couple. Several of my friends have remarked that they are slightly jealous of my relationship with my partner, and that they hope they are lucky enough to find someone as loving and trust-worthy.
No offence to the younger guys, but a male under 30 rarely exhibits the traits of someone I'd want to spend my life with. So many of them are just out for a good time, tend to be tempted into cheating more easily and haven't quite grown up yet.
My guy is dependable, fun to be with and loves me to death. I love him so very much.
Many people ask how could a couple with such an age gap have anything in common. I guess, all things considered, I am a little older than my age so that may have something to do with it, but we have a lot in common, more so than other couples I know.
It wouldn't work for everyone, but it works for us. We'll have been together for three years soon.
I look forward to the rest of my life with him.

I'm 28 and I prefer between the ages of 25 to about 36. People younger than 25 is too immature, and over 36 is a little too old for me.

Well heck Tres. I'm old enough to be your mama as i stated before but I don't believe I could be attracted to someone your age. But on the other hand maybe someone 6 yrs. younger than me.LOL As far as old ummm well how bout 80? Not sure cause I havent been in that situation. Age really doesnt matter if 2 people are attracted to each other. But there are some limits on that in my opin.

not necessarily,it also depends on what kind of relationship with whom.if you desire someone,age doesn't matter.
