IS MY HUSBAND HIDING SOMETHING? What do you think?

Okay - I need opinions here. My husband for the last year sleeps with his cell phone in his pocket. It used to be he kept it on the charger like most normal people but now he charges it in the morning or at work. Does this seem strange to anyone to sleep with your cell phone on your body?

P.S. He has a CRICKET so no detailed phone records are possible at all. I asked him about it and he said he always falls asleep with it in his pocket since it's on him all the time. I don't know what to do.....

And also, YES, I have mentioned it to him many times and even told him to leave it on the charger at night and he never has...just blows it off. He said you can look at my phone anytime just ask for it. Well now, the screen doesn't work on the phone - somehow it broke and you cannot see any phone history - you can only see what # is calling at the moment they are calling in.

And yes, this is the only odd thing that I've noticed. I just don't understand why anyone would want it in their pocket. His lounge shorts have pockets that he sleeps in. I would not be comfortable sleeping with my phone on me I know that. I sleep with mine next to my bed. The difference is he can pick it up anytime he wants to. His is ALWAYS on him! In the last year I have NEVER seen it laying around anywhere. He does say you can see it anytime you want to. But who's going to ask constantly to see someone's phone. And he made a big deal out of it when I asked for his voicemail password which I do not have.

He certainly doesn't shower with it. Find it then and check what you want to check.

I have known people that sleep with their phone in their pocket. But since he has never done it before, it sounds fishy. I saw ask him up front as to why he wants to keep the phone in his pocket. If he doesnt give you a straight forward awnser and you still feel a bit uncomfortable, check the phone bill, or look at his phone when he is in the shower or something. If he is hiding something from you so secretive, i think as his wife you have the right to know.

I'd say that is 100% weird. You HAVE to get your hands on that phone and see what is going on. If you can't do that then call the phone company and get a detailed phone record and text message record. This may cost you a few extra bucks a month but what have you got to lose?

P.S. I am all fro the sleeping pill idea!!

Absolutely...
You can check it, but like most guys hiding something, they delete everything as they get or send it. You can hire a private investigator to find out for you, get online through your carrier for your monthly statements, ask him for complete honesty even if it hurts or wait it out. Everything, and I mean everything comes out sooner or later. He'll mess up eventually. They always do. In the meantime you should do what every woman needs to be doing... building a nest egg, working out, going out with the girls once in a while, making yourself look and feel good. When was the last time you did something for you? Go get a new wardrobe, hairdo, etc. Everytime he hides his phone, stay up later than him and email your friends. Make him be the one who's guessing... He'll start to notice you more... and so will you.

Is a doctor on call? If not...that is totally weird!! He HAS to not have it on him sometime. Is he a sound sleeper? Sneak it out of his pocket! Call the phone company and get the records sent if they aren't already included in the bill. If it's a work phone, though, you need to get ahold of it somehow to see what is going on. I know I would definitely love to know what's going on! I've never heard this one before...

Get a hold of his cell phone! Years ago my husband was like that and really secretive about his phone. Well, one day I heard the vibration of the phone while he was in the shower and the caller was listed as "my girl". I was so upset and hurt. He denied it but I busted him by copying down the number and called and confronted the other woman. Be suspicious of everything and eventually the truth will come out.

Sounds strange. He may not want you to look at who has called or who he is calling. Get the phone bill and check for frequently called and answered numbers. Better yet, why not just ask him straight out if there is some need to be doing this.

Yes honey something in the kool aid aint clean!!! your hubby is definitely hiding something because there is no way in hell you can possibly sleep comfortable rolling around with a damn cell phone in your pocket all night!

Odd yes...and slightly paranoiac.

Have you checked the cell phone records? THAT would be the surest way to tell if he's getting a LOT of calls at odd hours from a number you don't recognize.

Just a bit strange.....guess he is afraid of missing that important call from whomever he is cheating with...or afraid that you will answer the phone instead.

EDIT: He has an answer for everything huh? How convenient that there is no detailed call history available...How convenient that you can't see the number of who is calling. He is full of it by saying that he has to have the phone on him...because he is use to it being in his pocket all day....DO YOUR REALLY BELIEVE THIS CRAP??
