well if you mean fractions then that would be - 68/100, 34/50 and 17/25. if you mean decimals then yeah the guy who sed 0.68 is equal to 0.68 is right, i suppose you could express it in such way as b=2a or b=a+a

Well 0.68 is the only decimal equal to 0.68 but 0.32 plus 0.36 equals 0.68 if that is what you mean.
