Better troll control that doesn't affect those of us who are out here for the RIGHT (<-- see this is where the italics would've helped lol) reasons
No more violation notices just b/c some troll has a "thing" for you or is out to get you
More accurate and faster screening of questions/avatars/answers for inappropriate language/visuals

Just off the top of my head. I think that if you find your question has been pulled, they should explain why. And also
if you've gotten several posts with Best Answer chosen and your tally doesn't show that increase, they should explain why they didn't credit you? I have watched my numbers remain the same after checking out which answers I had chosen. So that is deflating. There goes the incentive, out the window to answer. I find, the points do move ahead, when I answer or pick an answer as 'best'. There's also no incentive to move ahead to the 7th level. You'll eventually reach it, as well as all those below. There's just no rush.
I would like to see offensive answers with gross or vulgar words, pulled by staff, if there is staff in actuality. I know that after certain levels, voters can put their seal of "thumbs up or
down" to finalize the approval or disapproval, but they
can't yank a reply that breaks the rules at YA.
So those are the suggestions I have to improve things.

Yes, if someone types anything outrageously rude or insulting, as soon as they click 'submit' there should be a filter that deletes the content there and then, that stops it from getting to the answer board.

Yes! They need to assign people to screen the questions and avatars before they make the board. I am really getting sick of the porno avatars and the sick questions the trolls keep asking!

yeah.......
if someone asks a question that was asked within the last 2 weeks the question should not be allowed to be posted and the person should be directed to the question search area where they can look for the answer
