First, how long's it been since you emailed them? They may just not have checked their email yet.
Second, here's eBay's dispute process page: http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/questions/dispute-resolution.html I recommend that you read that before you do anything else. Don't leave feedback yet, you can't take it back, and that may just breed bad feelings from the seller.

There is a place on ebay that says contact ebay. It even gives you the choseing seller not responding. Along with other options. You have to enter your email address to get them to write you back. If you done it once try again.
