there are so many bad and evil people in this world who kill, rape, and do so many bad things, do you think god will punish the WHOLE world for this or just the bad people?

I hate to answer your question like this, but I think it seems only fair.

I don't think you realize how broad a term "God" is. It means very different things to many different people. Even people of the same religion can have different thoughts on God (hard to believe, but it is true). Which God are you refering to? If your refering to YHWH? If you are, than the answer is yes, because he has done it before, and he seems to have plans to do it again. Are you refering to Zeus? If so, your still screwed, because Zeus seems like kind of an asshole to me. Are you refering to Buddha? Buddha isn't a God, and never claimed to be, be he maintained that everyone, rightous or evil, will have an equal chance to reach enlightment, and thus will not be punished except according to their karma.

However, one might ask the question "How do you know God exist?" This is not an easy question to answer, no matter how easy someone might tell you (be it theist or atheist). If there is no God, then you can rest assure that all people, good and evil, will be left to a set of laws set by nature that are mostly random, as well as a set of "cause and effect" laws that sometimes punish the evil and reward the good, but not always.

If there is a God, you need to establish what exactly his nature and personality is before you can answer that question.

The simple answer to that is No, I do not believe that all of us will be punished.
If you believe in Jesus Christ, your sin is already paid for.
People, at their best, are not truly good. And People at their worst are truly evil. So we need God to give us a way out of punishment that we cannot work out on our own. That is why He sent Jesus Christ to pay for our sin.
You posted this in philosophy and you asked an open question so I answered it as honestly as I know how.
I don't fear punishment even though I am far from perfect even though I don't fall into the truly evil group either.

We punish ourselves by our fear and mistrust in Mercy. By our own fear we cut ourselves off from Joy. A perfect loving parent would rather redirect a child's behavior than punish, yes? Fear is a lousy motivator for teaching Love, no? Can we really be forgiven and punished at the same time? I like to think hard on some of these concepts before I accept them. The undoing of fear is our great hope.....I am hopeful I will undo mine...
Peace

god doesnt give people just second chances, but third, fourth, fifth, ect. chances...if you die and you are truly sorry for the way you acted, he will forgive you...but if you die and do not regret what you have done, then god might not see you at all...he will only punish those who are not regretful of what they have done =}

Nahhh, God loves us. He forgives us. He wants to save us.

Only people want to kill.
