Elvira Arellano, 32, who sought refuge to avoid being separated from her U.S.-born, 8-year-old son, was arrested and sent back to Mexico on Aug. 19 after traveling to Los Angeles to attend a rally for the overhaul of U.S. immigration laws.

She now wants to be a " Mexican Peace Ambassador". If she comes back, should we kick her out again?

They expect us to live by their laws when in their country, then they should live by our laws when they come here....

Yes !!! Send her child back to Mexico with her .... She was here ILLEGALLY, over stayed her work VISA, felt no need to file the proper immigration papers, then she expects to be allowed in ahead of those that have file the proper papers, the sins of the mother/father shall far on the shoulders of the off spring.

I for one think that all the ILLEGALS should be loaded in train cars and shipped back. That means their offspring as well, that were born during the commission of breaking the laws....
Techniquely and legally they are CITIZENS of a foreign Nation.

She should have thought about the consequences before hand. Applying for " Mexican Peace Ambassador" is just another way of getting around the entry process, that everyone else has to go through.

There is more ...but this will do for now.

She can only be an Ambassador if the Mexican government invests her with that responsibility. Even then, diplomats *can* be expelled from a country and prevented from reentering.
