When I need a price I call my friendly local parts store and I've been repairing and restoring cars for 50 years. They're as close as your telephone.

It should be cheap. Like 50-100 bucks or so. Call the auto parts store and see what the part costs. A mechanic should only need a half hour to swap it. it is very easy to do.

part plus $30-60 in labor = your total cost.

$100.00 or so at a shop.

They may charge you diagnosis up to an hour then add on replace charge. That would seem a tad ecessive though.
