Oh, jeez, it's like deciding who your favorite child is...here are mine, in order:
1. White Album
2. Abbey Road
3. Sgt. Pepper
4. Magical Mystery Tour
5. Revolver
6. Rubber Soul
7. Let It Be
8. Beatles for Sale
9. Help!
10. A Hard Day's Night
11. Please Please Me
12. With the Beatles
13. Yellow Submarine soundtrack (I really didn't like this one at all- with the exception of two so-so new songs, Hey Bulldog and It's All Too Much, the rest was just recycled material and instrumentals...)

I know I might be killed for this answer but mine is the 'Love' album, and I'll tell you why...
I'm not normally up for 'best of's and I'd imagine that it's not really in the vein of your question, to be strict my favourite original album is Sgt Pepper, but the Love album is more than a 'best of'.
The Love Album has proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that The Beatles were the worlds greatest band as it's taken their fundamental works and re-mastered them into something which could have come from the likes of The Libertines, Franz Ferdinand or Kasabian. It's taken their original sound and with just a small amount of modern production has forged a complete 90 minute or so mix of the most up-to-date, yet legendary, noise that I've ever heard. The album has made me go back and rediscover older album that I'd long since forgotten and hear them with new foresight and passion, and more enthusiasm, knowing they're as timeless as I'd hoped they would be.
I'm only 20 years old but feel as connected to The Beatles as my parents and grandparents, and The Love album unites the generations victoriously. I hope that people, Beatles fans alike, will listen to this as even if you know their songs inside and out, you haven't heard them in THIS way. They're all transformed, subtly, beautifully and respectfully into neo, nu-classics that reinvent their sound from the inside out.
Don't hold any preconceptions with this album as it is as close to musical perfection as one dare dream. Failing that, as I said, Sgt Pepper or The White Album. But please do go out and listen to Love... you won’t regret it.

Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band is without doubt the most wonderful album I have ever heard. It never gets boring. Why aren't todays music artists like the Beatles? Although if they were we would probably say, "they're just trying to be the Beatles."
Although Arctic Monkeys and Kaiser Chiefs have parallels.

I know it's a cliche to say "Sgt. Pepper", but there is a reason why it became a cliche.
It's easy to forget the impact it had. How it changed the way albums were done and packaged because it's so common place now.
Plus the songs were good.
If you have ice cream everyday, it no longer becomes a treat.

I know Sgt. Peppers was the big seller, but I'm still partial to the first one. 'Meet the Beatles.' I still have the first two albums of theirs.
