well, you see the button in the top left-hand corner that says, "Visit the Y! Store"?
click on it and once you have enough points, you can get any of those prizes sent to you.
...i've already gotten a Y!A coffee mug, a bumper sticker, and a pair of Y!A high heels.

Ask some questions and lose some, then gain some back when you pick a Best Answer, which also gives 10 points to the person who answered. Otherwise the points just mean you go up to other levels.
