I was told that you had to have at least 3 dollars of cash in your pocket when going out into the public. Is this true?

many times i left with out 3 dollars in my pocket sometimes i didnt have any at all
so its not true

Lots of people would be in jail if that were the case. We'd need a lot of new prisons -- plus we would need a new Constitution that allowed cops to look for money in your pocket just because you're in public.
