This is a child custody case, the Judge was a good friend of ex now dead father in-law, who also worked at the Westmoreland County Court House in PA. My ex husband is an attorney does not have to pay alimony, any type of child support, he has primay physical custody, without even a trial being held. I want this to go public.

You can report the judge's behavior to the state supreme court, or the state bar's committee on judicial ethics -- whichever handles oversight of judicial conduct (it varies by state).

1. Why would he pay child support if he has primary care and control? If anything you should pay child support.

2. Orders can be granted without a trial all the time. They can be granted on agreement, on a motion, on an application, on a trial.

3. Alimony is not automatic and is actually not ordered all that often anymore. It depends on the working and earning situation during marriage, the length of the marriage, and each parties capacity to earn after separation.

4. If you think there was misconduct speak to your local state bar to file a formal complaint.

5. If you want to vary the terms of the current order, get a lawyer and file a motion to vary.
