I had a question yesterday about baby names.. and people gave me and my wife tons of great advice. Here are the new names we came up with.. Don't say how much you hate it, just which one you like best or maybe if another middle name or whatever will sound better..

Girls names-
Korie Laine (or Lynn, Shay?) McElroy
Kaylin Piper McElroy
___ Sage McElroy (we need a first name, my wife REALLY wants Sage for a middle name, I hate it, but I'm giving a little as long as we can find a decent first name to go with it) Maybe Alyssa or Aleesa?

Boys--
Keegan Jacob McElroy
Jackson Victor McElroy
Logan Cade McElroy

All the cute names out there have consequences to them. First, it is the constant need to have to spell your name every time you give it. And folks often don't ask and write it down wrong. I think names project an image and it can be a detriment to some professions. Imagine a business person named Keegan or Korie.

Sorry, but standard names appeal to me more than the wild variations I see today.

I really prefer all of the middle names to the first names.

I think Alyssa would sound better with Laine than Sage -- too many S's.
