If space travelers were no longer able to track the time in terms used on earth (years, days, hours, etc) the actual amount of time past for the astronauts will be the same as the amount of time past for the people keeping track of them. The only difference would be that if the astronauts had no way to calculate differences in the sky, seasons, etc. they may not be able to keep track of earth time. The astronauts would likely age different as well. Being in space for long periods of time changes how the body changes over time.

Time as we know it is a measurement of the rotation of the earth. We could just as easily have 48 hours in a day or 2 hours in a day. The passage of time of an earth traveler is still going to be measured in hours and days so there is no difference.
True, the speed of light can make minuscule differences but they would be unnoticeable to the average person.
Don't worry about. I can't see it happening in our life times.

Sounds like you may be talking about time delineation. Under Einsteins special law of relativity as you approach the speed of light time becomes relative to the observers frame of reference. The space shuttle does have some time delineation but it we are talking milliseconds per hour traveled.

There is an account about how time changes during fast space travel here:

Relativity says that if you travel at hundreds of millions of miles per hour, time can slow down for you. But our astronauts have never traveled faster than 25,000 miles per hour, so they have not experienced any such effect.

Unless your talking substantial differences in speeds, the difference between our astronauts time and our earth time, would be measured in....at MOST seconds per year.

yes, all the clocks on the shuttle and here are all synchronized and we spoke to them every day in real time, but they spent 3 years there.
exactly.
