my great grandma is 78 her name is josephine. I think its a little old fashioned but it could always be shortened to jo or josie. Josephina is pretty too. I dont think its too old fashioned though i think with a pretty middle name it works

definitly classy and old-fashioned, I say bring it on back. The first middle name that came to mind is Josephine May, but that's all up to you.
