wait it out. don't be in too much of a hurry to get married. When you do that you may end up with someone who seems right at first but may end up being your worst nightmare. As for the bills thing I suggest you get a job and gain some Independence

some would call you lucky, some would call you unfortunate.
you have more chance of meeting someone when you have work mates, a lot of people meet in work and if not in work out of work on nights at the pub.
The fact that you have a house a car and a full time unpaid job, makes you a very likely candidate to attract the wrong type of guy.

Maybe if you got a job and made your own money so you don't look like a gold digger. Not to be mean. Or they might think that when you die they will get your dads money so, i don't know.
