Who is not so much the issue as integrity. Obviously the last two had little or none. Maybe the third time will be a charm and Bush will select someone with the honesty and integrity we expect from the justice department. The Attorney General is supposed to enforce the law not break it.

I don't personally but when you think of the past when Nixon was president, Attorney Generals can play big parts in changing world history. It matters to some.

I don't care provided the person follows conservative principles--- I hope someone will begin an investigation of our-girl-hill's campaign fund raising. See the WSJ sourced below.
Of course libs will likely argue that ANYONE suggested by Mr Bush is unworthy.

At this moment, with bills to pay first of the month, football season starting and legal issues of my own? No, it's not real high on my top 10 worries. The Dept. Regulars do most of the day to day stuff anyway.

No more Janet Reno's. Poor Gonzales, he fired
9 federal judges and got kicked out of office by
irate Democrats. Clinton fired 100 and not one
Democrat bristled at this. Sounds just like the\
usual politics, doesn't it?

I do care, but quite frankly, I did not have a big problem with Gonzales. I know they made a big thing out of this over on the Democrat Party side, but that is just politics.

Ditto what Lana Sands said, Nascar Fantasy league, up coming football is more important to me right now. The new AG is not going to pay any of my bills, so that person is not even on my radar screen right now.
Maybe later, but I doubt it.

no, liberals have already perverted the ethics and legacy of the office with this ridiculous witchunt. the idea that somehow a candidate has to pass a liberal litmus test to avoid another witchhunt is truly chilling.
