Tim Donahue by far. Basketball games will now be watched and examined under a microscope.
NBA refs will now be scrutinized for any mistakes they may make and their character will always be in question.

From a criminal standpoint? Vick.
From it's short term effect on the game? Bonds.
Long term effect on the game? Donahue.
I think the NBA thing is going to end up being a lot bigger then we have seen so far, particularly with Donahue agreeing to testify. Vick's problems really have very little effect on the NFL as a whole, other then from a competitive standpoint. Bonds will continue to have an effect simply because people will always be suspicious of anyone that hits a ton of home runs. But the idea that an NBA official ( or perhaps more then one) would turn a game around for gambling is more likely to shake a fan's confidence in the league and the sport.
Great question.

Barry Bonds is old news. Everyone's known he was going to break the record for a while whether you liked it or not.
It's between Tim Donahue and Micheal Vick. Vick was definitely the worst public relations nightmare this summer but Donahue will have the more lingering effect even though it will probably be only temporary. Vick damaged his image, Donahue damaged the leagues image so I'm going to say Tim Donahue is the worst mishap.

Tim Donahue period! The guy caused teams to lose games off of his shady officiating and now his entire family could possibly be in danger with mob elements.
It does not get any worse than that.
Addition:
A - Bonds is still playing so what he did obviously wasn't that bad.
B - I guarantee you someone will sign Vick once he's done serving his time.
C - You can count on Tim Donahue never ever, ever, reffing another game of baskeball other than the penal league pick up games.

Great question....They are each devastating for their own sport. Bonds breaking the greatest record in baseball after cheating....Vick being paid what he is(was) and committing a horrible felony or the gambling of Donahue.
If we project ourselves into the future (maybe 5 years) and try and ask/answer this question looking back my guess would be Donahue because he destroys the entire credibility of the game of basketball. He puts the spectre of cheating on every referee and one referee in basketball could easily change the outcome of the game.
In 5 years Vick might be an after thought (I hope) and Bonds hopefully will be nearly dethroned by Arod.

The worst scandal by far is Tim Donaghy. The NBA already has rumors that the game is fixed--way back to the Knicks winning the lottery for Patrick Ewing. Now the conspiracy theorists have real meat to chew.
While Bonds has arguably sullied the record book, attendance isn't suffering and the commissioner knew steroids have been in the game a long time. While McGwire was breaking the single season home run record, reporters saw the steroid andro in his locker.
Vick is a single player who should not sully the entire league.

nice question.
What Donahue did was wrong and bad, but it was not as bad as the other two.
In a tossup between Bonds and Vick, Vick is worse for one reason only. Bonds broke a record by cheating, but nobody outside of San Fransicso liked bonds or cared about him. Kids immortalized Vick so thats why he is worst.
By the way, vick should be allowed to play after jail, but not for Atlanta, and after sitting out half the season.

Micheal Vick hands down. He pretty much has all but ended his career as an NFL superstar. He might resurect somewhere else down the road, but he is done for now. Donahue was just something that everyone does, he just got caught, and bonds tho it is apparent, hasn't really been convicted of anything.

Donahue, just because his situation put the credibility of his entire league in doubt. While Vick and Bonds have both been problems themselves, their actions reflect only on themselves and did not bring their sport down the way Donahue did.

It depends if your talking about steroids in baseball or Barry Bonds on steroids in baseball if Barry Bonds only, the definetly Tim Donahue for the NBA. Vick is last in my opinion thats just personal it doesn't affect the game directly like steroids or illegal gambling.
