Looking to R.T.O a trailer in the Chilliwack area of British Columbia, Does anyone have any suggestions?

Don't do rent to own. If you can't get a loan right now, just rent. When you can get a loan, buy the best thing you find then, and negotiate the best price you can - doing rent to own, you pay top price for the privilege and you only get to choose from amongst the houses available under those terms.
