Midnight rambler. . .I thought we were mates?! And as for 'sweet syrup' F you, (you still managed to read my question,)what does my spelling have to do with me being a nurse?

I learned a lot about myself. I did not know until I started answering questions that I had assumed all English speaking people were Americans. Y! Answers has expanded my world in several respects. Such as 'learnt' is a correct spelling of 'learned', it is just a dialectic variation. And I also have a crush on a sexy nurse in England that I may never meet but I can always dream about.

Actually I have learned a lot.
1. I live abroad and was thinking of returning to the uk after 17 years, the news and events section has changed my mind.
2. some people can be so nice on here, then there are others that just abuse the site, not wanting to mention any names.
I honestly now know what a chav is, I had no idea until a few months ago.

I've learned that some people are great, some are just nasty or petty-minded for the sake of it, and the rest are pretty 'average'
Bit like normal life really.
I've also learned that the grass isn't any greener on the other side. Seems where-ever you come from the problems are the same!

what have i learnt.. ??? well that there is some people out there in this big wide world who look thro rose tinted glasses, some who think its a sin to think of anybody else except the person that you live with, (sad sod`s),and then there`s those like me who take life as it come`s and only cross a bridge when they have to... keep up the good question`s SEXY NURSE

That 50% of the people on here are lovely the other 50% have some serious issues and need a life.

I have learnt that there are some really strange people out there. Some are really nice but a lot are crazy or horrible. Some of the answers I have read are pure evil.

That for some people it's a place to learn things, for others it's a place to communicate with and meet people you don't know; and that for some idiots, it's just a place to vent or express opinions that they wouldn't DARE say to someone's face. The high cost of anonymity.

There's an awful lot of strange people in the global village. There's also a lot of nice people.
Also that the best answer isn't always the serious one you thought you'd get.

I use yahoo when i require some advice but usually I dont take it seriously as most of the advise that some people give is total cruel

I've learnt that, through Yahoo Answers, I dislike religions/cults more than I used to. I've discovered that there are many intolerant, bigotted people with many belonging to the above group.
